My question always is why was Kenny so late off the tree? Yes, I know it was during qualifying and your R.T. doesn't matter but he was very late off the line; you usually don't see people leave that late, even in qualifying. If Kenny left the line with Bruce more than likely Bruce wouldn't have collided with Kenny. It was amazing Kenny got the chutes out, there was no way he saw Bruce coming over on him due to the scoop blocking his view. It's amazing they both came out of that accident.

Sometimes when they are doing their best to make a good run, they cut a slow light to attempt to draft off of the other car. In the night session where everyone is running their best, it can give them an extra thousandth or two that could make the difference in lane choice.
