It's time to hit the tracks and taste the dirt as Codemasters launches the Colin McRae: DIRT™ playable demo, now available to download from Xbox LIVE® Marketplace for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft®. There's also a PC edition of the demo, complete with a multiplayer event, available from www.codemasters.com/dirt.
Confirmed for release on the 15th June 2007 across all PAL territories, Colin McRae: DIRT™ takes the rally king off-road in a multitude of mud-splattered race events and the demos deliver three to experience right now. There are Crossover, Hill Climb and C.O.R.R. (Championship Off-Road Racing) events in the Xbox 360 demo. The PC demo swaps mountains for multiplayer and enables up to 100 players to go head-to-head in a race for the best time over a point-to-point rally stage.

Realistic? In my opinion =\ this is way more realistic than Forza Motorsport 2, in Forza, I don't think you have car damage, that is one thing I have always loved about Colin Mcrae games.
In Forza, when I see people playing, it doesn't look fast enough, it is another Gran Turismo to me (which I didn't really like). But hey, this is my opinion.
